Hi Sir, You're requirement is not really clear. I can make 3D renderings. I can draw too, but I'm not used to draw for Architecture. I can guarantee it will look good, but I'll probably need some help like drawing over a simple initial 3D volume, since I don't feel quite confident to use guiding lines. Another option is to use Sketchup and use one of its styles. it is a software that has many freehandstyles. I am graduated in architecture and we use to draw a lot but I don't do that for final delivery, only for projecting purposes.
