I have a not so good pic of my grandma. I was very hard to take, this the best pic we were able to get. the project is taking the picture i uploaded and making it passport ready... editing as needed. Photo Dimensions: Color photo 2 inches by 2 inches (51 x 51mm) in size. Sized such that the head is between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches (between 25 and 35mm) from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head. Printed on matte or glossy photo quality paper. Other Requirements: Head and shoulder shot on white background. Remove cake and all other extraneous items from picture. Rotate head so that it appears upright. I need this by the end of the week. thank you hunter
