Banner needed

Hi mates! Here I have a short project for you - I want a static banner (.jpg) for my personal blog - [login to view URL] I need something more beautiful than I did. Before reading the rest of the details I want to make a thing clear: this is just a personal blog, with very few visitors and it doesn't make any profit to me! I just want to make it nice! So beware when you make your bids! The size of the banner must be 888 X 334 pixels (exactly). As you will see on my blog its theme is IT (news, jokes, etc. I would like you to create this banner and to combine the green and white colors to make something very beautiful. I have put as attachment some picture that you might wanna use for this. Also: The white "motto" from the right side must stay where it is and how it is. Please don#t forget this! You must use the "second motto" - IST and after that "Things you want // Support you need" (as it is already on the blog.) It is not necessary to appear my email address (as on blog).
