The objective is to get live video from an IQeye3 network camera (described at [login to view URL]) onto a Microsoft IIS web server page using an intermediate FTP server (on same Windows 2000 machine). Step one is to write a Perl script to deliver motion jpeg images from the web server; step two is to push the images to the client with java applet or servlet. Finally, a web page with HTML code to display the stream. We need the solution to accomodate multiple users as well as multiple streams.
