Complete Website Design with Graphics

Project 1 - I need a fully designed website with custom graphics (preferably CSS because of the colors)...which will also link to the two projects as listed below. Basically the design and colors should be the same, but we can work something out. I will possibly provide a template I had made, but I do not know how to splice is or any of that in photoshop. So you're work is basically done there. What I'm trying to do is make a information resource website for the world. It will have links to different places on the web as well as my inner pages. The below projects, I would like it like this, eg: Project 2 will be on my domain such as.... [login to view URL], Project 3 will be linked from the main page as well like, [login to view URL] Project 2 - Need someone to make a full complete site like [login to view URL] - Must add more features and global based (not just UK) - Want a new design and layout with custom graphics, must look different. - When website is completed, I need help getting it noticed on the web, at least a 5000 or more visitors a day on the site. (Aiming for a high page rank) Project 3 - I would also like to to make a site or something better looking than [login to view URL] - Add more features to it, more user friendly and better design. - Aiming for a high page rank Project 4 - If those two are successfully completed and I am fully satisfied, I will keep you as my personal website developer because I have many many more projects I want to make. I want to make this one site and make it really big, but require a lot of help from the programmers. I am new to this site but I am very serious.
