The text is varied based on the size. The problem here is that 1 inch text can hardly be seen. 10 inch text rolls off the boat. I want to add a side box to the boat with the lettering shown and a CLICK HERE TO ENLARGE so that the boat lettering can be clearly seen no matter what size. 2 . The effects are outline and shadow. If you use outline and shadow, the programmer left the calculations based on the font size when computing shadow. It needs to be computed based on the outline size. It is possible to design a shadow that never comes out from under the outline and this is not correct. 3. There are other font effects available such as ARCH and BOW and WAVE, etc. Investigate them and offer me an option to your basic bid to add effects you are capable of writing. I realize this could be complex or simple, so rather than factor it into the basic bid, I would like your optional offers. I am interested in arch more than all other features.. from 10% thru 40%. For example, a 50% arch would be lettering in half a circle shape. 5. I would like to try and clean up the editor area layout to make it a little more user friendly. This boat tool is one of 4 design tools. The difference is each tool uses a different center picture. So whatever you do here, it goes into 3 other similar tools. ALl identical except for the top header and the picture. 6. When the customer orders a boat decal, he enters a quantity. We currently dump the order into Mal's ecommerce cart but we don't show the quantity. This needs to be changed. so that the car shows 2 or whatever number ordered. The description passed to us is a number and the first word in the name. I need to pass more information in that field to the card, such as the boat name, order name, etc. It's simple stuff here. 7. I want to add a new feature. This will be called BOAT NAME SUGGESTIONS and when you click it, I want you to thumbnail all of the resident photos in our database online of boat designs by other customers. They are coded as boat, car, truck, banner and if in the boat tool, you thumbnail only the boat photos. Below the photo you will give the boat name color, the font size and the effects used. This will let the customer know how to design his own version of something he sees that he likes. This same routine I want to put into a web page elsewhere on my website and promote it to the engines as a BOAT NAME SUGGESTION TOOL which will present a listing of names drawn from our database and also from a text file. From there they can click on a BOAT LETTERING SAMPLES and they would see the thumbnail system (these are sales tool features). I will want simply a CODE SEGMENT from you that I insert into our html pages to pull this routine into our normal webpage. You can specify the space required and we'll build the web page layout around this window of yours. 8. The calculations given to the customer when they design a boat decal are close but could be closer. I want you to check the calculation to see if it can be made more accurate. Likewise, I want a field added to the design page for each line whereby the customer can tell me height and width. A teaser box if clicked will explain the following: Sometimes we can upgrade your lettering to a larger size by utilizing what would be waste on the stock material. This is a free upgrade and will be added whenever possible provided you give us the maximum height and width not to exceed for each line. If you have a tight space and wish the lettering to be a little smaller, just enter the sizes. The lettering size will not exceed the height or width you specified, whichever comes first. 9. Just below the line number 1, I want to offer a "set" of registration numbers. They simply the numbers and letters and we make up a set to match the main lettering and give them a choice of that or any single color as offered in the other fields. You will calculate this using the standard formulas built into the code for the main lines. ADDITIONAL FEATURES WANTED: From the administrator area (you can not see this until we agree on the job) there is a listing of boat designs starting from the 1st one thru the most current one. I pick the designs out based on the orders I get thru the checkout. I want a box added to this list of each order that simply toggles a 1 time printout that allows me to click off all the orders that are new, then print them, 4 on a page, to show the order details order name and a picture of the image generated when the design tool CALCULATE AND PREVIEW is selected. Orignally the code was designed to show me the valid orders but we could never figure out how to receive confirmation from MALS that the design put into the cart was actually paid for. If you can get that to work, it would be great. I could toggle the designs individually or click one button and you send me all the valid and confirmed orders.
