Convert to-do system form MSSQL to MySQL

We require a developer to convert our internal tracking and project system from MSSQL (specifically Microsoft SQL Server 2003) to MySQL. The entire system is written in PHP, and we have already added a simple database abstraction layer to assist in the translation. The majority of the work will require tweaking SQL queries from MSSQL's syntax to MySQL's syntax and testing the results. There are some fairly complicated queries that are used. The ideal candidate would have a lot of experience in PHP, MSSQL and MySQL, and be familiar with testing procedures. Subversion will be used for checking out files and we can provide you with web and database staging areas if necessary. We expect the project to take 2-3 weeks to complete working at a reasonable pace (and honestly probably not even that long).
