build a classified site

This is for [login to view URL] I am trying to create a classified website that has similar functions like [login to view URL], but I am trying to have a better looking template (simple, like [login to view URL]) I have made samples of templates I want to use. Here what I want done: - add facebook, twitter, and print links – printing posts, sharing post links -no repost function(craigslist does not allow users to repost similar post within the 7day AD) -make sure the site posting function works, but need a confirmation email for the user to finish the posting process. So until user verifies, the post is on hold. it should have a auto-delete options for posts which are not verified through emails to save space in hosting. -make sure that when the user clicks on a category (on the "search template" page), posts for that category will show up. (similar to craigslist) -on the homepage, when selecting a different city, it stay on the same page, but will now search in that particular city location. -For Posting option. add a photo upload option (picture limit up to 4 pictures) if possible, shrink photo quality so it can save memory
