Web and Flash Designer seeking tech side of co-creation A non-profit that assists children and their families throughout the globe become sustainable, educated and wise future leaders has a web site project on the board being designed by a designer seeking tech assistance so as to spread the workload for efficiency. The tech assistant needs are: - PHP forms for requesting info, specific inquiries, feedback, e/mail list - Flash action script for special menu (optional) - converting design to CSS (optional) - prepare Joomla CMS for site templates, potential server install - connect design and page management to Joomla CMS - set up SHOPPING CART and integrate with design. Online sales include books, cds, pay-per-download for writings, .MOVs and .MP3s. Open to Cart recommendations, must be able to design cart elements. - set up calendar of events to CMS - work with designer on making backend connect with front end and good architecture and administration of the templates and data - potential future for creating applications on this site Designer has several projects on board and is looking for someone or coder(s) to work with regularly for backend db and scripting capabilities. Designer gets called on to do Flash sites quite a bit and is also seeking a Flash action script expert to call on for consultation as well as specific coding. Designer has some experience in coding environments but prefers design. Designer works well with solid and visionary programmers. Designer is seeking articulate coder(s) to work with on this site creation as well as future sites. Thank you for your time.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
