Please see attached document for? mock-ups? of 12 pages I have created.
I'm looking for some razzle-dazzle for our PDF store. ? The store allows document sellers to upload and list documents for sale. ? Buyers can browse and search the listings and buy through Amazon payments and receive a personalized version of the PDF immediately.
A current, non-functioning version of the site can be found at http://marketplace.docmonk.com. ? We want it to be enhanced with enough chrome and high-quality design so it has that? professionally? done look and feel to to.
You may be the design professional we need. You will take the attached mockups and provide at least two examples of possible designs for the site. The initial round can consist of one or two pages each. ? We will pick one and suggest the changes we want. ? Once all of the design? elements? are settled, you will provide ? the pages in HTML with a well-organized, completely? separated? CSS file or files.
You (or members of your team) must be a? proficient? designer who knows what's good and knows how to create using Photoshop or? whatever? tools you use. ? You must also know how to translate those? designs? into HTML and know and use the best practices of HTML and CSS? style sheets.
I am a web site? developer? with 12 years' experience - many of them at web design agencies. ? I understand the design process, know what's reasonable, and know how to describe what I want. ? I expect you to be willing to go through several rounds of revisions - but I sincerely doubt we'll have more than two.
We will be coding in jQuery, so it's a? definite? plus if you're? familiar? with it and common plug-ins and how your design will fit into those tools.
## Deliverables
Original? PSD (or? possibly? other formats) files - properly layered plus the HTML/CSS versions must be included in final delivery.
My mock-ups are attached in PDF. ? Available in other formats if needed.

Thanks to everybody who bid on my listing. A couple of things I'd like to add to it. 1. Please include a price - or I can't consider your bid. If you need more information, please ask. I'll answer every question you have. 2. If you haven't looked at the PDF file attached to the listing, you need to before you bid. I did a lot of work and planning and I'm hoping that will make the project go smoother. 3. I neglected to say this: The CSS and HTML part of the must work in all major browsers IE 7+, Firefox 2+, Chrome Safari Opera. But, you'll be please to know I don't require IE6 support. Thanks everybody. I'll be making a decision within the next couple days. Jay
