Create a complete dating affiliate script through xml feed

i am looking for a skilled programmer with xml experience, for craating a dating script on affiliate based xml feed. Xml feed goes into mysql database, in a orderly fashion and is parsed to a php website. The webdesign itself is not important, we can do that ourselfs, as long as the structure is good. The xmlfeed is like this: [login to view URL],Leeftijd,Geslacht,Land,Provincie,Woonplaats,Lengte,Lichaamsbouw,Ogen,Haar,Opleiding,Roken,Piercing,Tattoo,Over mij,Over jou,Profielfoto,Profiel Activiteit What we need: .sql file for the database import file for the xmlfeed into the database and truncate the old entries phpfiles for the website ( with code separate from the cssfile) cssfile for the website So its going to be a new fresh script build from scratch. Everything must work properly, without errors and flaws. Its an easy, simple task for someone with experience or someone who has done this before (and still has the old files from a dating affiliate script; rewrite it a little, change design and your done) Its for the Netherlands.
