Cool Domain Sales Site(repost)

Greetings. I want to get a domain sales website built. The site would have the functionality and operation of [login to view URL] The site would have a cleaner, cooler look similar to: [login to view URL] I have an Excel spreadsheet with 800 domains, 2 categories and a column of keywords for each domain. The database should give fast search results and be similar to the way you can search for 'similar' domains on [login to view URL] Example: go to Premium Domains. Look for a listing that has 3 or more words in the domain name for sale. Notice how each word has a line under it? And how you can click on a word and be taken to page with all listings that contain the word you just clicked on? Last, people should be able to email from the site, and we must have a security code script on the email so we can prevent spam/unauthorized scripts. People should be able to go to the site, browse the listings, select a name and "Make Offer" by sending me an email... just like [login to view URL] I'm sure that's clear. You must be experienced, fast, reliable, check your email daily in case of a last minute change. We cancel all projects on programmers that go 2 days without responding. We prefer a competitive quote, excellent work and a nice bonus from us! ;) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all browsers must see the website properly.
