Convert Binary Reg Key to String

I am looking to convert the Outlook Master Category list (stored in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Categories) to a comma delimited string or XML. (note 10.0 is OfficeXP, if Office2003 the value will be 11.0, Office2000 stores this as a string so you must be using OfficeXP or Office2003) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
