CSS Adjust and Install small script(repost)

My webpage is located at [url removed, login to view]~enterprise

I need someone to install <[url removed, login to view]> to the page for news text link.

Also you will notice at the bottom of the screen is a footer, i need this adjusted so you dont need to scroll to bottom of page to view the footer.
