BackOffice, Games, Bingo etc

Our Company: Gilmore Ltd, operates in gaming/ gambling and poker. Sites we run today: betlads, pokerpanthers, realpoker24, m8poker, arcticbet, metspoker, and soon launching pro-factory. All sites with poker,casino and sportsbetting only for non-american players. Today the sites are running a turn key solution from our main partner. We would like to build our own Back office including payments and high level security with fraud detection. The gaming software will be delivered from our main partner since we belong to a network. The software delivers live feeds. The back office will contain all the features you can imagine. (don`t mean to scare you, just making sure you understand that it`s a large project) We would also like to add some additional games like live multiplayer bingo (we will start working with this after the backoffice). In addition to the software we are loocing for contacts regarding safe servers in costa rica, malta or other gambling frendly countries. We would like to review some of the work you have completed earlier. The most important in this project is: SECURITY. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform later
