Tweak my WP theme so that it works with qtranslate

I'm running the following blog : [login to view URL] And I just installed the following theme on it : [login to view URL] Here is the theme doc : [login to view URL] I'm using qtranslate to support 3 languages on my blog, the problem is, the left side of the blog (column with hot articles) doesn't work with qtranslate, both languages are displayed. I also need to translate the text under this column two icons : "popular" and "latest" as well as the title on the right : "Featured posts" Finally, right now, articles are displayed as two columns on the main part of the website. The left columns displays the latest articles all the way from top to botttom. Then the right columns displays older articles. I don't really like this and would like the articles to display from left to right.
