Customizing Wordpress Custom Categories - repost

Hi,
I have a directory builded on Wordpress.
When someone submitting listing,he has to select location and category
For example if he select Location: "Chicago" and Category: "Internet",the listing will be
listed under 3 categories:
[url removed, login to view]
[url removed, login to view]
[url removed, login to view]
Now if add subcategory to locations or categories,the listing goes only under subcategory..
For example:
If someone select category and subcategory : Internet>Hosting,
the listing goes only under:"Hosting",but i want it to go also under "Internet"
The same is with locations - i want the listings to be listed under both - main+ subcategory.
The other thing i need is to have links on category [url removed, login to view] example:
If one category has subcategories and there are lisitngs inside them,i need to have links to
them on the main cateogry.
In short, your job will be:
[url removed, login to view] to go under main categories and subcategories (now they go only under subcategories)
[url removed, login to view] links on category and location pages (to subcategories if they have listings)
[url removed, login to view] breadcrumbs and links.
[url removed, login to view] submit listings page subcategories to load on new drop-down field.
