Custom Wordpress design and coding

Hello all :) Need a WordPress design done. I took parts of WP designs that I liked and put them together for this screenshot. This is how I want the layout, but the actual design part I will leave up to you! Please see attached screenshot for features we need as explained below: 1. User has the ability to upload their logo 2. User has the ability to add social buttons that link to their social pages 3. The donate button will actually be connected to the navigation bar on top and take them to their Paypal donation page on their website. There are many Paypal plugins on WP 4. Basic navigation bar. User has the ability to choose the background color/header font to match any logo they put up. Found some others, but the most popular seems to be the Farbtastic option like at [login to view URL] 5. User has the ability to upload photos to the slider. Slider only appears on homepage 6. Will display Welcome to (Non-Profit Name Here) so user can put in Non-Profit name to be displayed. Will display color chosen on the Farbtastic color picker in admin 7. A little About Us section that the user can write a title and then a description with the excess showing (more) and that takes visitor to About Us page 8. User ability to display some info about their Shop-for-Charity page on ShopItBack. Takes visitor to internal page. User can choose various font-based icons that will display color chosen on the Farbtastic color picker in admin 9. User ability to show any other snippet (such as Volunteer). Takes visitor to internal page. User can choose various font-based icons that will display color chosen on the Farbtastic color picker in admin 10. User ability to show any other snippet (such as Donate). Takes visitor to internal page. User can choose various font-based icons that will display color chosen on the Farbtastic color picker in admin 11. User ability to show any other snippet (such as Share). Takes visitor to internal page. User can choose various font-based icons that will display color chosen on the Farbtastic color picker in admin 12. In this example, we have a donate bar but we want this to be a newsletter bar where a visitor can signup for the newsletter 13. Shows recent blog posts 14. Shows recent gallery posts 15. Shows upcoming events 16. Could not find a good footer example, but basically our footer would be broken down into 3 areas: - Contact Info – Name of Non-Profit, Address, Phone and Email - Pages – List of all Pages - Copyright – Wording that all information on this site is copyright (Non-Profit Name here). Will also have a our small logo that says Free Non-Profit Websites from [login to view URL] Please keep these things to keep in mind when deciding if you can take on this project: 1. All of the above features the user must control via WP Admin – no hard coding 2. We will be giving away this WP Theme to our non-profits, so we need to retain all copyrights on this design and cannot use anyone else’s theme design 3. Because we are giving this away, we expect a large number of non-profits to use our theme, so really needs to be a bug-free, simple design and features. As you know, if we do too many complex plugins then when the user goes to upgrade WP on future releases they will have many errors 4. There are many sources for free font-based icons that we can get for you – we do not need you to design these, just implement them 5. Theme will need to be installed with some basic info like Homepage info, About Us, Contact, Blog, Gallery, etc. Looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Rob
