Custom WordPress Plugin/Widget development

We're looking to have a custom WordPress plugin/widget built with the following specs: 1. The plugin widget settings will include some text fields, drop down selects and checkboxes (under 10 in total) 1.1 It will also consist of a button to take some of these values and submit them to our API via ajax. 2. The plugin will also allow to set up to 3 text values (search terms) per post / page on the site. 3. When showing a post / page, if there are any search terms defined for that post, the widget will add a mixture of js and html to the site, as per a template we will supply. 3.1 if the post /page has no search term defined, it will not add anything to the page. The plugin needs to conform to WP standards, and be ready for deployment via the plugin directory. These are general definitions, we will supply exact definitions to whoever takes the job.
