Changes to Menu functionality and Share Button

For safiwebint: As we discussed earlier, here again a recap of what I need done: 1) Problem with submenu. I attached a video to illustrate what I mean. Until about second 10 in the video you see, that when the sub menu is open and you move the mouse back to the main navigation item the sub menu closes before it opens up again. That shouldn't be the case, it should stay open when the mouse is moved back over. From second 11 to about second 20 you see that the sub menu stays open when the user moves the mouse outside of the browser to the left. The sub menu should close when the user leaves the menu area. At second 25 you see that I switch from Google Chrome to Firefox, I reload the page and you see that the sub menu is displayed correctly. Around second 40 I scroll down the page and reload using the refresh button. When you look at the submenu then none of the submenu items are displayed anymore. In Google Chrome it works. 2) Share Button Background You see a Share button at the top right of the website. When you look at the site on a smart phone (i only tested on an iPhone, not on Android) and you tap on Share you see that there should be a transparent background. The transparent background is there on the desktop version but not on the mobile version. See screenshot [login to view URL] On the horizontal tablet version you see a small + sign in front of the Share button, that is half inside and half outside of the transparent background. The plus should be inside the transparent box, if that is too tricky then I would like to remove the + here.
