It would take around 1 to 2 working days for the development of this add-on including testing. The total cost for the development would be USD 300 (around CAD 325). Before commencing with the add-on development, we would have to analyze the theme where it will be used and check the markup to decide the position where the "change cover" and "save" button will appear.
