I have a client project that needs some specialized functionality. The project uses WooCommerce to generate a "Request for Proposal" instead of Check-out, with items from multiple vendors. The functionality we would like is: when a visitor submits their request, that each vendor with an item in the cart gets an email for their portion of the proposal, not the whole proposal. For instance, let's say in the cart there are the following: Hotel 1 detail detail detail Hotel 2 detail detail detail Hotel 3 detail detail detail Restaurant 1 detail detail detail Restaurant 2 detail detail detail Event 1 detail detail detail Event 2 detail detail detail Each one of these vendors (Hotel 1, Hotel 2 and so on) would get an email for their portion with the customer's details, and the website owner would get the normal email with all the details. I would prefer to use WooCommerce along with Gravity Forms for this if possible. Please feel free to follow-up with any specific questions or clarification.

Dear Sir, I can create such website with WooCommerce (or even in normal Wordpress) where services of multiple vendors are listed, now customers come and select the services they want from various vendors, then they click One button of Request for Proposal. Hello Sir, I would like to check the website to see how currently the request proposal works. Sending email to corresponding vendor is an easy task for me. I have to work the the Email API of wordpress/woocommerce and separate all the vendors whose items are on the cart and group cart as per vendors. I am quite experienced in woocommerce to do this job cheapest for you.
