I'd like a bid on this project. I work at a coffeehouse where there are three shifts of two people working every day (shift leader & barrista). I'd like to build a checklist of items that each person will do every day (each of the six people does a slightly different set of tasks every day). The challenge comes in the tasks themselves. Some tasks need to be done every shift. Some tasks must be done once a day. Some, once every two days, every week, every 10 days, every 2 weeks, every month, every couple months... Also, some tasks must only be done at night (such as a 'closing' checklist), and others in the morning (such as an 'opening' checklist). I need a program wherein I can add in the full list of tasks , and when they need to be done (how often), and what time of day (time). the program will create daily checklists for all three shifts that change a bit every day to account for how often things need to be done. The items on the checklist also need to be specific for position ??" barrista or shift leader. The tasklists for all the shifts will be printed out about once a week or once every two weeks. ??" so each person during the course of the day will have their own personal checklist they can put on a clipboard. The tasklist must also be a dynamic one, so I can add and subtract items as needed. I have used excel for this in the past, but it doesn't have to use excel. This can be a stand-alone program. It needs to be compatible with MS XP.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
