Desktop webservices widget

A very simple application which runs on PC and Mac and consumes SOAP webservices. On both platforms it is accessible at all times with a single click (eg. sits in the taskbar on PC) When clicked it makes a webservices request to a webservice on the web. Note that the application may offer several different webservices with the user choosing which one to click. The webservice sends back a HTML form which is displayed in a mini window When the form is filled and submitted the window disappears again; or moves on to another one, as determined by the widget Application characteristics: the webservices to be available for the user are retrieved from a master webservice must be easily configurable (eg. right click the taskbar icon): configuration options include: name / ID of user (so that many installations can use the same webservice and the webservice knows which user made the request) uri of master webservice (which provides the list of webservices available to the user) the application must be easy to install - with (eg.) a self installer package the application must be well behaved when no internet connection is available (eg. when clicked it will say "sorry. No internet connection. Please try later." ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request [ie. Mac and PC]. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Error messages must be clear and easy for both us and our users to understand 5) Except during initial install and first use, no OS security messages or prompts may be triggered ## Platform PC (Windows XP SP2 and above) and Apple Macintosh (OS X and above)
