Designing of 12 software icons and 3 splash screens

We are the developers of SQLyog, the most popular GUI for MySQL database. We our new version we plan to introduce features to support Views, Triggers, Functions and Stored Procedures. Information about these 4 features can be found in any database book or database tutorial site. You will need to provide the following 16 images: 1.) 4 Images depicting Views, Triggers, Functions and Stored Procedures each. 2.) 3 eaches images depicting Insert, Delete, Alter for each Views, Triggers, Functions and Stored Procedures respectively. (3 X 4 = 12 icons) Since point number 2 will only require icon of +, X and alter sign in the original 4 icons, the work is very less and pricing should be considered accordingly. 3.) You can download a evaluation copy of SQLyog from [url removed, login to view] Under the powertools menu, we have 5 features. Each feature loads up wizards. First page of all the wizards has an image on the left. We will require you to design an image for the following 3 features: 1.) Database Sync Wizard 2.) Notification Services Wizard 3.) Scheduled ODBC Import Wizard Image size can be taken from our existing images.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

3.) All the icons should be provided in 16X16, 32X32 and 48X48 size. 4.) PSD for all the images should be provided with the fonts used.
