Delphi implementation of Perl Crypt::Blowfish/CBC

I require someone to code the perl implementation of Crypt::CBC & Crypt::Blowfish in Delphi. Using the same keys I need to produce the same results in Perl, and Delphi, and I need to be able to encrypt and decrypt the same data in either. I only need the Delphi implementation since there is already a Perl version. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
