THE JOB: To redesign a property company's logo and corporate branding and to design the new web site. THE DESIGNER: I am looking for a senior designer (at least five years experience) who has an excellent command of the English language and who has worked on a number of brands. You must have a solid understanding of corporate identity. Designers that have worked on well known brands or big projects will be given preference. Each designer submitting a quote should preferably submit an online portfolio to allow me to view examples of your work in one location. This should include logo design, stationary and active URL's of your work. I am only interested in viewing work that is in English and design standard must be extremely high. We also require you to create a set of branding guidelines for future use with sizes fonts etc listed in the document and the all source files zipped for them to archive for future use. SELECTION PROCESS: I like people that make it easy for me to pick them, I don’t want to read CV’s ??" I’d like to see solid examples of your work. Please don’t include coding experience as this is a straight forward design job, although designer with the ability to code the pages in HTML to W3C standards will be considered for Phase II of the job.
## Deliverables
1) Complete the design and corporate ID for a property company complete with a branding guidelines in a PDF document. 2) To design the new web site and a template for the content management tool 2) Deliverables must be given in EPS, high resolution and the original source file that was used to create the artwork. 3) All work completed will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Purely design work, the pages do not have to be created.
## Platform
The logo and branding must be print ready, all other work should be completed in the Adobe suite of products where possible.
