Breakfast in a cafe

We are planning to service breakfast in our cafe. We need a special program for this. Because, we thought to add a little variety to our business. We would not just prepare beautiful plates for our customers. Actually, we would not prepare any plate, at all. It will be self-service. We will sell breakfast cards. People will use their cards in front of magnetic card readers. Afterwards, they will pass on to make their plate. I want the program to undertake following jobs: As soon as the customer passes his card from the magnetic card reader and when the reader broadcasts the ID of this card to remote computer; - the program will access the information stored in the name of this ID, - update the database and credit information according to the signals that are sent from the card reader, - compute the price of the special orders from customers in credits (it should convert currency into credits), - store and querry the history regarding the frequency of visits of the customers (their extra orders...), send e-mail - print receipts, - to build inventory. I will be glad to work in detail with talented coders. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
