Auto Dialer Feature in MSAccess 2002

MS Access has an autodialer feature, but when I try to use it, the dialing rules are ignored.? MS has a fix, but it's complicated.?

I need to have someone make our database's autodialer work properly, either by following the instructions at [url removed, login to view], or? otherwise.?

Then, I need to have someone help me set up my Vista computer to use the headset, so that I can call on my clients using the computer.? Currently, it dials, I can hear the person pick up, but they can't hear me talk, and I've used two different headsets, the first of which? is brand new.? So, there must be a microphone configuration problem?
