Attendance and Payroll

1. Desktop application that can import employees' daily attendance from time card machine. Our time card machine can export attendance in CSV file format. HR staff will fill up leave, offday, shift assignment and attendance for onduty case. Finance staff will fill up bonus, fine, loan, advance. The Owner will fill up basic pay, promotion, demotion and allowance for each employee. All data are stored in local database MS SQL. Base on above information, we need Late report, Over Time report, absent report, leave report and others payroll/attendance related report with several criteria. At the end of pay period pay slip for each of employee can be printed out. All reports are also needed to available from our website with admin login. I want to use php and mysql for admin login page. Web server database need to be sync with desktop database on my command. Our internet connection is poor so synchronizing need to be optimised. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
