Answering Machine Application

Hi, ? ? I am looking for a programmer who can write down a simpletelephone answering machine (IVR) for mobile phone, basically the desired applicationwill run on a windows pc and connected to a nokia mobile phone via bluetooth,when a new call arrive the software will answer the call by playing a greetingmessage and then wait for the user to press a key (dtmf detection capability isalso required) and play another message based on the choice selected by thecaller e.g. if he press 1, a sample [login to view URL] will be played and if he pressed2, a sample [login to view URL] will be played …. and finally it will hangup the calland again start waiting for the new call. ? ? ? I hope that I am able to explain my requirements well,please feel free to discuss in case you need any clarification, I am open toany suggestions, the only requirement is that I want to run the ivr applicationfor a cell number. I am also ready for a mobile phone based solution withoutthe need for a pc if possible. ? ? ? Regards Sandy
