designer with HTML and CSS Skills

I need a web designer with skills! And you have an excellent concept of designing for dynamic website. The person will be doing the design work in Photoshop; once the design is approved we need to slice it down in html… We need someone who can do up to 5 new pages, give a little face lift to the main profile section on are website,… must be a team player and work hard! the website is done BUT i found a THEME that is REALLY nice so i bought that theme... i only bought it so we can use it to mix up with the old site ( LOOK WISE)... Must know HTML and CSS3 and PHP The Candidate must provide us the 3 best designs he ever did. Please no large list of your work. Generic bidders will be ignored
