counter ticker for website

Very simple job for programmer: I require a counter similar to [login to view URL] (middle of page left side) where it says Background Checks Run = 14,235,127 and it ticks over about 1 per sec. I need source code and a script to add to our site to: 1. times 55,000 members X $1.744 per second 2. every day, increase the 55,000 members by 20 members (ie Day 1 = 55,000, day 2 = 55,020, day 3 = 55,040, etc) Can you please include price, number of hours to do this the code script must run on PHP and MYSQL server I need to add the script to the page (home page) of our website and it needs to look very similar to the [login to view URL] counter. The script should show on the webpage COUNTER (under the counter) Based on : (insert number of members : so this will increase each day) if you can do the script and show it working i will award the project to you.
