New Ecommerce Website using Magento

Hello. I am wanting a new ecommerce website building from scratch. This wants to be a very nice looking website, and easy to use. A few points are below. - Very good looking website - I need to be able to have 2 sets of options on the products. The standard options, then if needs be, an extra set where people can click a tab and there are more options. - All pages need to be fully editable. ie Can add descriptions on manufacturers pages, product pages, category pages etc. - Needs to offer sales in Euro and GBP - Needs to be able to switch languages to any european language. - Pages such as About us, Postage etc need to be easily editable. - Product attributes need to be easy to add - Checkout stages need to be simple to use. Will accept paypal to start with but with option of adding payment provider. - Full design of site needed with logo etc. - Certain manufacturers need to have their own shop in the site, with tabs at the top of the page to go to the site. Each of these sites in the site will need creating. - Product feeds needed. - Needs to be able to run from a product feed from my current oscommerce site. So when i add a product or manufacturer on my current site, it automatically adds it to the new site. - Need clean and easy code. - Site needs to look very professional. - Needs to offer gift vouchers, and discount codes. - All banners and side banners need to be easily changable. - A user guide is required prior to getting the site. - All header tags, metta tags etc need to be easily changable. - A loyalty points system needs to be in place, with attractive logo shown on site. - I need to have a christmas theme installed as well, where i can click a button and it changes from normal theme to christmas theme. - Need to be able to set prices of shipping to different places.
