Help completing CRE Loaded 6.5 upgrade

I have a CRE Loaded 6.5 b2b Test site up and running and need help completing it as my developer was pulled away suddenly and can't complete the project. There were just a few things left to complete on the test site then I need it moved over to my hostgator dedicated server and all databases updated with current customers, orders etc... I am presently running CRE Loaded 6.2 b2b. I am also looking to integrate a web forum after the site is up and running and I am sure there will be some fine tuning as things progress. I am looking to establish a relationship with someone that knows the software and can handle issues as they arise.
