Develop custom ExpressionEngine add-on - repost

We are looking for an experienced ExpressionEngine developer to build an add-on with the following features:

- Extending existing navigation add-on to allow for page creation via an entry page.

- Listing all existing assigned navigation items when viewing an entry page.
