Designing A One Page Affiliate Referral Website

I am looking to design a one page affiliate referral/redirect "Home page/Index page" to be a little similar to the home of "[login to view URL]" in order to refer/redirect my online visitor/traffic back to "[login to view URL]" to make purchase using my affiliate tracking code that will be embedded in every link on my "one page website". This one page website will be similarly as clean as the "[login to view URL]" but color theme and layout will be different. I will provide the information contents, and my affiliate code to be used and also specify the links to be linked/redirect visitors to.. This will also be SEO for all the related keywords.
