We need a DHTML overlay for our website. The purpose of this is to ask people to subscribe to our newsletter. It needs to appear regardless of where they land, however it should not appear when they then navigate to a different page within our website. It should also not appear if they have already subscribed previously (via the overlay). The overlay needs to say "For the latest fundraising insights, innovations, news and opnions, sign up for our e-newsletter." Below this should be 4 fields for people to enter their details - name, fields and forward the information to a specified email address (or similar). An option to close the overlay should be small, but locatable and be in the top right hand corner.
