Customisation / Integration of PHP real estate script to main website

Customisation work required on a PHP real estate script (script sales page: [login to view URL] ) (script demo: [login to view URL]) The script is an add on to the main website ([login to view URL]) which is compiled in xSitePro software. The script is set up in a sub folder of the main site as only certain functions will be required to be visible and integrated into the main site. Simple quick and easy job that entails: 1. Insert Header from main site into script 2. Incorporate Navigation bar below new Header to match existing site (Allwebmenus Pro Software used for Navigation bar on main site) 3. Remove script Navigation Bar. 4. Insert Footer with links from main site. 5. Match script panels colours and sizes to main site. 6. Ensure the script now looks integrated into the main site visually. If possible, set the script so that it pulls the header and footer from the main site so whenever any changes are made on the main site it automatically carries through.
