Customer Portal

I am looking to create a portal, which will focus on operating system activity. Sar (system activity report) data will be loaded into a database sample data attached. The sar data will be read from a mysql database. This data needs to be utilized for reporting using [login to view URL] (or alternative if you recommend). The site should have the look and feel of google analytics ([login to view URL]). There will be customers accessing this system so security should be a concern. Reporting should be available for daily as well as date selectable ranges. These ranges should average utilization rates as appropriate. System administrative capabilities would be nice, to add additional customers / users. This system should be capable of hundreds of customers and thousands of hosts. The data is a sample, and the table structure included is also an example, please recommend / create an alternate if appropriate. If you require more information or additional data please let me know.
