Custom RSS Feed Wordpress Plugin

I need a custom RSS feed plugin created for my Wordpress site. I want to take information from several sites and add it to my site (job listings). I know there are sites to accomplish this but you have to pay to use the site and there is also a limit to how many feeds you can have. Here's how I want this to work. The feed plugin will have the ability to add multiple feeds, ideally one per city. Each city will then be it's own post category to make it easy for integration with Wordpress. 1. The feed sees an update to this page: [login to view URL] or this site [login to view URL] Both have frequent postings. 2. The New Haven feed creates a post under the category for this city, New Haven, and pulls all the information into the post with a link back to the New Haven site at the bottom of the post as in the example. [login to view URL] 3. The post title also populates a main parent page which is a landing page. [login to view URL] I also need the plugin to delete the post when the original site deletes the job (or maybe after 30-60 days). I need this to work for several cities with different sites so even if it can just pull the job title and a short description, that will be fine. I know it will be impossible to format so many different rss feeds. This may not even be possible at all but it's worth a shot.
