Criar uma loja online

Hi, I would like to build a website where anyone can add his products to show in website after payment. Products could be search by a google map or a in a table view: 1) Add form - anyone (with google or facebook account) who wants to add his product in the website should fill up a form and pay. I'd like that this payment could be turned off on my desire (like promotions). After approval, his product can shows up on webiste automatically if possible. Fields into the form will have many filed that i want, but to plot into the map, a coordinate fied will have to exist, if possible a little map like "click and save" position will be grate. (example: [login to view URL]) 2) Maps and Table - An added product should be seen by anyone either into a google map or table view. Both pages (map and table view) shoudl have filters to refine the search. This filters should be determined by the field from the form. The maps should have the clustering option (the plugin [login to view URL] has this feature). The table view should have the same filters used into the map filter and his columns can be sorted ( ascending or descending). Pagination its important too. 3) Filters and Search - Both map and table view, field shuld be dinamicaly, ie, field should read values from database and show ranges based on that. 4) Favorites and Editions - Anyone who wants to save his registred products, can register into webiste and save (or unsave) his desired options. No payment need for this. Althought someone who has announced can edit a limited filed of his product, like weight or color or another picutes even remove his product, but not the location of itself or the name of the product. 5) Expiration date - a produdct added should have an experition date and should delete itself afterward. Theses deleted products (by expiration date or removed by the user) should be storaged into another table for my analysys. 6) Examples - I've made and examples to a proof of concept that could help to understand my project at [login to view URL]
