Create/Modify a Wordpress Template

I'm in need of a WordPress theme to be created from the design sample attached ([login to view URL]) . Due to my own procrastination, I need it complreted and installed on a partially-completed WordPress site by this coming weekend (specifically Saturday, June 28). If you are not able to meet this deadline, please do not submit a bid on this project. I had a Contest here on Freelancer.com a few months ago, but the designer of what I ultimately wanted to select as the winner withdrew their entry. So I need to recreate this theme as closely as possible to the color scheme, but with a left-side navigation menu instead of the top nav. I've attached a document - [login to view URL] - that gives the URL of the site that was started. All the other attached files are pieces needed for the header graphic (which might be salvageable from the exiwting site) and some content. It will be my customer's responsibility to add content to the pages once the theme has been set up. Please let me know if you have any questions before bidding.
