Create Design & Install Custom OSCommerce Template

We have an OSC shopping cart site and are looking to replace/modernize the template design of the site. Currently, the header consist of 7 gif images. I want to modify our header and site layout something like the mock-up shown in the provided attachment. I do not want my site to be a fixed width. I want to utilize the entire width of the browser. Our site does not have STS. We have the OSC 2.2 with customizations. 1) I want to utilize color #6F6F00 as the background color in the header, left and right columns while having some shine so it looks like glass rather than a flat color tone. 2) The header must consist of a maximum of two images (one for the left side and one for the right). The right side will be created from images that I will provide you with (these arehigh resolution PSDs that have already been cropped). The left side will need to have an image map so that it will have the following elements that will have associated links for the following: a) button: Your Cart b) button: Checkout c) button: My Account d) button: Contact Us e) site title: All Things Trendy (font = Bernard Fashion BT). Font color = #fffad0. 3) Each of the buttons in the header should have a mouse over color change of the font and background and trigger a mild sound. 4) The header height should be 120px - 140px. Currently the top is 120px but if additional space is necessary for best results, you can add up to to 20px. 5) Because our site utilizes the full width of the browser, we currently leave a blank space between the two sides to ensure the header displays correctly for different monitor resolutions/sizes. This will be necessary for this project as well. The maximum combined width of the two header images should not exceed 750 px. 6) Above the All Things Trendy text, we want a descrative design similar to the example we have posted: [login to view URL] . Can you please send some of these for us to choose from? We prefer this decoration to be in black. 7) The center of the page where our products will display is to have an appearance of a framed-in picture/window. 8) The info boxes on the left & right column should display as shown in the mock-up. Other info boxes are active on our site but now shown in the mock-up. All will need to be modified to the new design. 9) All pages of the site must be made to work and be fully tested with the new template. 10) Complete testing and approval of design required before installation. 11) A guarantee of the quality and 90 day warranty for issues is required. Note: the attached mock-up does not replicate every feature of our site, it is for concept depiction only. Our site contains other elements that will need to be incorporated into the template.
