Corporate Web Design for Small Businesses

Hello there, I'm based near London, UK and I receive multiple small-ticket leads every month for clients enquiring about either: - Getting a website designed for their small business; or - A redesign of an existing out-dated website. Generally these clients require: - 3-12 pages of content. - an Attractive, well thought-out design. - a Contact us form. - Very basic CMS integration. - Turnaround time: 2 weeks to 1 month. We will provide: - Writing/content - Site titles - Logo designs - Stock images - Colour scheme I simply do not have the time to handle these leads and produce these websites myself so I'm looking to outsource whilst still turning a small profit and keeping these clients happy. As I said these are mainly low budget clients, so this should be reflected in your quotation. Fortunately though, it's a fairly constant stream so could be good, stable business for you in the long term for the right, reliable guy/girl. Please send me what you'd charge for a 3-page, 6-page, 9-page, 12-page website design as well as previous work you've completed.
