Convert php site to Wordpress

hi, i have a php site www . mercadobarcos . com. It is a site were boat sellers can publish their boats. I need a freelancer that can translate/convert this site to wordpress. I need the SAME site, same design, same functionality same or similar admin . If you visit the site, you would realize it has the same a title and metatags in all pages. While translating the site, it has to be SEO optimized, with friendly URls, and automatically creating title and meta tags for new postings.
