Configure/setup/design an auction website running on geocore/geodesic solutions

This project is only for those who are familiar with auction software (preferably [login to view URL]’s geocore auctions) since the software is already hosted, but requires setting up, enabling/configuring features, etc. to get it up and ready. Basically, I want to hold an auction (for construction equipment) and need a website which I can manage myself (with 1 other person) after its set up. The project involves complete redesign of the site, configuring the features, a simple text logo, and instructions/content where needed, and just about everything which will enable me to hold an auction for some surplus machinery for my client. The freelancer should also prepare brief (say 10 pages max) instructions manual for me for managing the site. A brief summary attached.. please let me know if you have any questions.
