I need someone who can design a questions bank website similar to that of Kaplan Q-bank ([url removed, login to view]) or USMLEWorld Q-bank([url removed, login to view]). The websites should have links to question banks for several examinations.
Each Q-bank will have questions categorized by subjects, and computer based simulation test features. The website should be as light as possible so that pages are able to load in about 5 seconds. If you have a previous experience in this type of work, please bid.
