2. Make it as prototype before you make it full of features. This means to have a main framework and elements on UI.
I want to see which direction the project is going to take before much effort is spent.
3. Make it testable when you start packing the features.
4. Explain and advice me how and where to deploy it.
When bidding, please:
1. Provide a link to your portfolio of web-sites
2. Let me know the estimated timing and prices with and without the Optional features. You can use ranges in your estimates and write what are the parameters it could depend on.
3. Describe which environments, databases, program languages, content management framework etc. you think is appropriate to use, and why not the other?
4. How should the subscription be managed? WHich service provider would you recommend? Which hosting-priveder would you recomend and why?
5. Ask questions.
P.S. You can suggest any comercial template (which I could buy) and you simply adjust it and advise me how and where to install it.
