Classified Ads Website Developer Needed

Hi friends i need a classified website with all the latest options in it like user ads control individual user payment integrated system. i want this website to be similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] is in swedish language but you can use a translation tool to get it to your desired language. the target country is Cameroon, so the map of camerooon will replace the map on blocket.
